Not with a performance tool from Cotoco. It ensures everyone is up-to-date – everything they need to perform their job is in one place and can be automatically updated from the centre via the internet. These tools are used day-to-day. They are designed to make the job easier.

For example, content can include sales presentation modules – this ensures everyone will be consistently on message.

Management information gathered tells you who is using what. You will know exactly which version each individual is using. Who hasn’t connected to obtain the latest updates? Who is and isn’t using specific pieces of content?

We have an inbuilt system that can also manage the lifecycle of content for you too. It sets an expiry date for each component, and automatically emails your content owner to inform them that the content should be reviewed and updated or withdrawn, if necessary.
