International eBusiness Innovation Award
This award, presented at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) conference in Bologna, was for providing a highly practical solution for turning knowledge into business value. It was awarded for The Engineers' Toolkit developed for Lucent Technologies.

This toolkit was instrumental in driving up the efficiency of a mobile workforce, allowing far faster and more efficient responses to distributor and channel requirements.
